Pill Shape Organizer (Customizable)

Overview

This pill organizer is a print-in-place model and does not require additional hardware. Print the lid assembly and the base then follow the instructions below to assemble the model. The lid of the pill organizer has letters for the days of the week, allowing you to organize a week's worth of pills. This model is great for daily use or traveling.

Materials and Printing

Materials such as PLA or PETG are suitable for this model.

• 2-3 walls
• 5% infill
• Support enabled (needed for base)

Optional Accessories

• 7 Letters (in main print profile plate, STL of the lid with letters also available for AMS)
• TPU Seal (see print profiles)
• Inserts for additional customization (see print profiles)

Assembly

Required materials

• Lid
• Base
• Super glue, epoxy, or hot glue
• Cutting tool
• Optional: 7 Letters
• Optional: TPU Seal
• Optional: Inserts

Instructions

1. After finishing the print for the Lid, cut the indicated blue brim off the back hinges that were used to increase bed adhesion.
   
2. Rotate the 3 Lid hinges to break them free. If it is difficult, try warming the part up using warm water to loosen the joint.
   
3. Optional: Apply glue in the Lid letter cavity and glue the 7 Letters.
   
4. Optional: Apply glue in the Lid grove and glue the TPU Seal in for an airtight seal.
   
5. Apply glue in the Base hinge cavity at 2 locations. 
   
6. Insert the 2 Lid hinge flanges into the Base.
   
7. Optional: Place inserts
8. All done!
